Sky Sports has a near-monopoly on sports coverage in the UK. If you want to watch the Premier League, EFL, MLS, F1, golf championships, or domestic rugby online, you will need a subscription.
Or will you? The web is full of places where you can get a Sky Sports live stream for free. Let’s take a closer look.

8 Sites to Watch Sky Sports Online
1. FreeStreamsLive
One of the best places to watch Sky Sports online for free is FreeStreamsLive. It has feeds of all the network’s channels, including Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Football, Sky Sports Action, and more.
The inclusion of Sky Sports Main Event is particularly pleasing—it means you’ll be able to watch all the big boxing, UFC, and WWE pay-per-view (PPV) events for free.
Most of the channels have multiple sources available in case one goes offline. You will need to enable cookies to view the channels.
2. Stream2Watch
Stream2Watch not only lets you watch Sky Sports online, but it also provides access to a vast list of other popular sports networks from around the world.
Other countries’ Sky Sports franchises are included (such as Sky Sports Italia and Sky Bundesliga), but you will also find networks like FOX Sports, FOX Deportes, ESPN, and BT Sport.
All the UK Sky Sports channels are listed and available.
3. Time4TV
Time4TV is another site with a large number of TV channels from many different genres that you can stream for free.
The list of sports channels is impressive. You can watch Sky Sports, but can also tune into Eurosport, At The Races, ESPN Deportes, ESPN U, TSN, Bein Sports, and many more.
Away from sports, you will find feeds for networks like BBC, AMC, Bravo, and Cartoon Network.
4. RojaDirecta
Although RojaDirecta does not stream Sky Sports 24/7, it does offer links for all the main sporting events on the Sky Sports range of channels.
As long as you know what you want to watch, just head to the site a few minutes before the event is due to start. You will find a Sky Sports feed for the match, along with lots of other foreign-language feeds from around the world.
The site’s primary focus is on soccer.
5. Mobdro
If you want to watch Sky Sports on your Fire Stick or Android TV box, it is definitely worth downloading Mobdro. It offers all the main Sky Sports channels, PPV events, and a huge list of other sports and entertainment networks from the US and UK.
Be warned though—Mobdro is popular. During the biggest events, the streams can come under a lot of stress and are prone to buffer.
We’ve discussed whether Mobdro is the best IPTV app for Fire Stick and discussed some alternatives if you’d like a bit more insight.
6. Use a Kodi Live TV Addon
The Sky Sports suite of channels is available as part of many Kodi addons for live IPTV. Some addons worth checking out include cCloud, Limitless, Chronos, and j1tv.
We have written about the best Kodi live TV addons if you need more information.
7. Borrow Someone’s Account
If none of the six methods we have discussed will work for you, you could try and borrow the login credentials of a friend or family member. Remember, Sky Sports is available to stream online for all subscribers via the Sky Go service.
The downside of Sky Go is a lack of HDMI support. If you plug it into your TV, the screen will be black. Many enthusiasts have tried to hack the app to remove the limitation, but they have all been without success.
Sky Go will work with a VPN if you live outside the UK.
8. Sign Up for a Paid IPTV Service
Although they exist in a legal grey area, there are dozens of IPTV services that will let you watch SkySports for a few dollars per month; that’s a fraction of what you would pay if you subscribed to a cable or satellite company.
